Frans Bakker (1919–1965)

Frans Bakker (1919-1965) was born in Zeeland in The Netherlands. Orphaned as a young child he grew to possess a rich knowledge of God’s Word, eventually becoming a minister at the age of 37. He held two brief pastorates in Huizen and Driebergen before his early death. His Praying Always , widely read in its original Dutch, was translated into English by Cornelis & Frederika Pronk, and is published by the Trust.
